Return & Refund Policy

At WaqtLegacy, we deal in items that carry sentimental and practical value. Our return policy is structured to uphold the quality of our collection while ensuring total customer satisfaction.

3.1 The 7-Day Quality Guarantee

If you receive a timepiece that is found to be defective, significantly different from the description, or damaged during transit, you have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

3.2 Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • In its original, pristine, and unworn condition.
  • Housed in its original packaging, including all tags, manuals, and warranty cards.
  • Accompanied by the original invoice/receipt provided by our team.

3.3 The Return Procedure

  1. Documentation: Email returns@waqtlegacy.store within the 7-day window. Include your Order ID and photographic or video proof of the issue.
  2. Assessment: Our horology technicians will review the evidence. If the defect is verified as manufacturing-based, we will authorize a return.
  3. Logistics: We will arrange for a secure courier pickup. Please do not ship items back without prior confirmation from our support team.

3.4 Refunds and Exchanges

  • Exchange: We prioritize ensuring you get the item you love. We will dispatch a replacement upon verification of the returned item.
  • Monetary Refunds: If a replacement is unavailable, we offer a refund to your original payment method or through a bank transfer.
  • Timeline: Once the return reaches our facility, inspection takes 3–5 working days, followed by the processing of the refund within 10 business days.

3.5 Exclusions

Items that show signs of wear, scratches, or modifications—or items returned without the original packaging—will not be accepted. Items marked as “Clearance” or “Final Sale” are excluded from this policy unless they arrive with a verifiable manufacturing defect.
